GETTING STARTED WITH THE CBL2 INTERFACE

The CBL2 has a program called DataMate already installed. This program needs to be transferred to your calculator.

To transfer to a TI-83 Plus follow these instructions:
  • Connect the CBL2 to the calculator using the cable.
  • Get the calculator ready to receive a program. Press , then LINK. This takes you to the SEND RECEIVE menu. Select RECEIVE by using the cursor: then
  • Press TRANSFER on the CBL2 . The DataMate program will now be loaded into the calculator. It takes a few minutes.
  • When the transfer is complete press and then QUIT
  • You may now use your calculator linked to the CBL2 interface to record and store data.
